What you'll do

Two days before launch, you want to catch problems before Northstar does. You'll run a health check on the launch project, turn what it finds into tasks, and send the client a short update through an approved weekly review.

Steps

  1. 1
Open Projects and then the Patient portal launch project.
  2. 2
Choose Run Health Check. It looks at stale tasks, blocked requests, missing decisions, and recent notes.
  3. 3
Read the findings. Say it reports: two tasks untouched for a week, a request with no reply, and an unsigned decision.
  4. 4
Act on each finding. Reassign or update the stale tasks, reply to the request, and use Remind on the decision.
  5. 5
Check the commercial side. Are there unbilled hours or an overdue invoice for Northstar?
  6. 6
Choose Run Weekly Review, edit the client update draft, and stage it. Once it's approved, it appears in Northstar's portal.

Checkpoint

What you should see

  • Every risk the check found now has an owner, a reply, or a reminder.
  • The client update is saved as a client-update note on the project after approval.
  • Both runs are listed in Agent activity.

Note

No AI access?

Do the same review by hand. Sort the project's tasks by last updated, filter requests by Needs response, and check decisions waiting on sign-off.

FAQ

Does the health check change anything?

No. It reports what it found. You decide what to change.

Does the weekly update go straight to the client?

No. Staging creates an approval. It's only saved, and shown in the portal, after the approval is accepted.
