These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our project management platform and services ("Service") operated by Flopinio, a brand of DUMRAIT S.R.L., a company registered in Moldova.

We use Stripe and Paddle for payment processing and do not store payment information
Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

We may offer free trial periods for new users. Trial limitations and duration are specified during signup. Trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled.

Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Chișinău, Moldova, unless otherwise agreed.
