We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.

2.2 Eligible Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Service unavailability for more than 48 consecutive hours due to technical issues on our end
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Cancellation within the first 30 days of the initial subscription
  • Significant service degradation that prevents normal use of core features
  • Unauthorized charges due to account security breaches

2.3 Non-Eligible Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Subscription renewals after the initial 30-day period
  • Partial month refunds for mid-cycle cancellations
  • Refunds requested more than 30 days after the billing date
  • Account termination due to violation of Terms of Service
  • Change of mind after the 30-day guarantee period

3. Refund Process

4. Subscription Types and Refund Terms

  • No partial refunds for unused portions of the month
  • Service continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation

4.2 Annual Subscriptions

  • 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the full annual payment
  • After 30 days, no refunds for unused portions of the annual term
  • Service continues until the end of the annual term after cancellation

4.3 Free Trials

Free trials do not require refunds as no payment is collected during the trial period. You may cancel your trial at any time before it converts to a paid subscription.

5. Data and Account Access

5.1 Data Retention

Upon refund processing, your account will be canceled and access to the service will be terminated. Your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for potential account reactivation.
