This Refund Policy explains when Flopinio may provide refunds for paid subscriptions or related charges. It applies to paid plans and services offered by Flopinio, a brand operated by DUMRAIT S.R.L.. Sandbox demo invoice previews are simulated product events and do not create real charges.

This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscribers. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your initial paid subscription, you may request a refund.

2.2 Eligible Circumstances

Refunds may be considered for:

  • Initial subscription cancellations made within the first 30 days
  • Duplicate or incorrect charges
  • Service outages or degradation caused by us that materially prevent normal use of core features
  • Unauthorized charges resulting from verified account-security incidents

2.3 Non-Eligible Circumstances

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • Renewal charges after the first 30 days of the initial paid subscription
  • Partial-month or partial-term refunds for mid-cycle cancellations
  • Requests submitted more than 30 days after the applicable billing date
  • Account suspension or termination caused by violation of the Terms
  • Failure to use the service when it remained available to you

3. How to Request a Refund

  3. Describe the reason for the request and include supporting context or screenshots where useful

4. Processing Timeline

  • Review: typically within 2 to 3 business days
  • Approval and submission: typically within 5 to 7 business days after approval
  • Funds arrival: depends on the payment method and payment provider timelines

Approved refunds are generally sent back to the original payment method where possible.

5. Subscription Terms

5.1 Monthly Plans

  • The 30-day guarantee applies only to the initial paid subscription period
  • No prorated refunds are provided for unused days after cancellation
  • Access usually continues through the end of the current billing period unless a full refund cancels the subscription immediately

5.2 Annual Plans

  • The 30-day guarantee applies to the initial annual purchase
  • After 30 days, unused portions of the annual term are generally non-refundable
  • Cancellation stops renewal but does not usually create a prorated refund right

6. Data and Access

A refund may result in cancellation of the related paid subscription and loss of access to paid features. We recommend exporting any important data before requesting cancellation or refund processing.

We may retain account and billing records for legal, accounting, security, and backup purposes even after a refund is issued.

7. Payment Provider Notes

Paid subscriptions are processed through Paddle and related billing services. Refund timing and settlement can be affected by payment-provider processing windows or card-network rules.

In some situations, chargebacks or disputes may need to be handled through your payment provider in addition to or instead of a direct refund request to us.

8. Promotions and Discounts

  • Refunds are limited to the amount actually paid
  • Discount codes, credits, and non-cash promotional amounts are not refundable
  • Offer-specific terms shown at purchase will control where they differ from this policy

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on this page unless a different effective date is stated. Material changes may also be communicated through the product or by email where appropriate.
