- Weekly reviews need a plan with AI access, either hosted AI credits or a valid, explicitly selected OpenAI or Anthropic key, and invoice visibility

Overview
Projects carry three planning and review tools: a roadmap of goals and milestones, a map that traces how records connect, and a weekly review that can draft a client update.
Roadmap steps
Open a project and use the Roadmap tab to add goals and milestones.
- Each step has a title, optional description, target date, and status: planned, in progress, blocked, or done.
- Link a step to a task when one task carries the milestone.
- Mark a step client-visible to show it in the client portal.
- Reorder, edit, or delete steps as the plan changes.
Project map
The project map traces requests through delivery and billing. Open it from the project to see connected records as a graph and a filterable list.
- Record types include external items, requests, tasks, notes, decisions, work logs, time entries, invoices, payments, and reminders.
- Agent runs and approvals appear when you enable runtime history.
- Choose a date range (this month, last 30 or 90 days, all time, or custom) and search across the project.
- Large projects load in pages; load more records or narrow the date range when older context is hidden.
Weekly review
Run Weekly Review from the project's runtime tab to generate a summary of recent project activity through the agent runtime.
-
1
Run the weekly review.
-
2
Edit the client update draft title and body.
-
3
Stage the client update. Flopinio creates a pending approval instead of saving the note directly.
-
4
When the approval is accepted, the update is saved as a note tagged client-update, which also appears in the client portal.
Example
A Friday client update for Northstar
On Friday, you choose Run Weekly Review on the Patient portal launch project. The draft says two milestones moved to done, the rollback checklist is now owned, and the appointment flow fix is blocked on the client's vendor. You tighten the wording and stage it. A teammate approves it, and the update appears in Northstar's portal as a client-update note.
Requirements
Weekly reviews and project health checks require a plan with AI access, either hosted AI credits or a valid, explicitly selected OpenAI or Anthropic key, and access to invoices for the project. Each run is recorded in Agent Activity.
FAQ
Does staging a weekly update send anything to the client?
No. Staging creates an approval. Nothing is saved until the approval is accepted, and the saved note is only visible in the portal to clients who have access to that project.
