Subscription billing

Subscription billing is how you pay for Flopinio itself. It is separate from the invoices you send your clients.

The billing page shows your current plan and subscription, plan limits, execution credits, and which features the plan includes.

Preview and confirm plan, cadence, and seat changes in Billing on your existing subscription. Paddle shows proration and renewal totals. Use Manage subscription for payment methods, receipts, and cancellation.

Team includes five members. Additional seats cost $8/member/month or $80/member/year. Client portal guests do not use seats, and extra seats do not add credits. Pending invitations reserve capacity. Removing a member leaves a reusable seat; explicitly reduce unused seats in Billing to apply the prorated credit at renewal.

Free includes 20 hosted credits/month, Pro 500, and Team 2,000. Included credits reset monthly without rollover, even on annual billing. Approximate AI runs are illustrative and vary by workload. Hosted AI pauses at exhaustion. When available, manual packs provide 500 credits for $5. Purchased credits never expire, survive plan changes, and are used after included credits. There is no automatic recharge. Organization owners and admins can validate, rotate, or remove OpenAI or Anthropic keys in AI settings. BYOK generation uses no hosted credits. Invalid keys stop generation without automatic fallback. Platform-funded search indexing remains separate.

When available, the first 20 founding organizations receive 50% off recurring plans and extra seats while continuously subscribed, including annual billing. Switching Pro/Team or cadence preserves the discount; effective cancellation ends it. Credit packs are excluded. Paddle displays the final tax-inclusive total before payment.
