Access and approvals

Flopinio scopes workspace access to your organization. Application permission checks determine which records each role can read or change.

AI reviews and drafts can run without a separate approval. Applying changes follows the permissions and approval rules for that workflow. MCP writes require manual review by default; a token explicitly permitted to self-approve may approve its own eligible writes for the same user and organization. Both paths keep a recorded approval and execution history.

Public discovery boundary

Grounded execution help and the authenticated project-only client portal are shipped, bounded workflow surfaces. This page does not claim broad autonomy, public browser extension availability, Desktop Recorder availability, anonymous portal links, invoice evidence in the portal, Slack replacement behavior, or roadmap-only workflow depth. The roadmap page stays public for humans but intentionally excluded from sitemap and LLM discovery assets because it mixes ready inventory with future goals.
