Overview
Time tracking should stay close to the work. Flopinio puts timer controls near tasks and the topbar so billable work can be captured without opening a separate tool.
3
Start from the right context
Start the timer from a task when possible. That automatically carries the client and project context that later invoice import needs.
4
Stop and review
Stop the timer when work ends. Use the time tracking calendar to review entries, add manual time, and correct missing links.
5
Avoid surprise timers
Flopinio only shows an active timer when there is a persisted running time entry. Demo seed entries are completed samples, not live timers.
