Overview

Flopinio 1.0 connects the client-work loop from first intake to invoice follow-through. The goal is not to replace operators with a chat box. The goal is to keep requests, tasks, notes, time, invoices, payments, reminders, and reviewable AI help in one traceable workspace.

1. Start safely with the demo workspace

A new user can choose Try a demo project - 1-click, no setup from the dashboard. Flopinio creates a separate sandbox organization with Acme Research, two projects, sample tasks, completed time entries, and a draft invoice. You can preview the invoice in sandbox mode, convert the demo to real work, or discard it.
5

2. Capture the request

Incoming work can start manually or through Browser Extension, Telegram, Slack-style capture, or another integration path. External Inbox keeps ambiguous input reviewable before it becomes a request, note, or task.
6

3. Execute with context

Requests convert into tasks after review. Projects keep active work, notes, decisions, time, and commercial signals together. Recurring workflows can generate ordinary projects, requests, and tasks for repeatable monthly or quarterly service cycles.
7

4. Bill and follow through

Time entries can be imported into invoice drafts. Invoices can be sent, paid partially or fully, marked overdue, reminded, canceled, and inspected through event history. Commercial follow-through is part of the product, not a spreadsheet afterthought.
8

5. Use AI where review helps

Assistant drafts, request triage, note review, invoice preparation, automation recommendations, and MCP staged actions are review-first. Operators still approve changes, send invoices, and record payments.

Common Questions

Can I use this without integrations?

Yes. Start with manual clients, projects, requests, tasks, time, and invoices. Add integrations later when capture volume justifies it.

Is the demo safe?

Yes. It is a separate sandbox workspace. Sandbox invoice preview records events and simulated payment without external charges.

Does AI mutate records automatically?

No. Shipped AI workflows are bounded by reviews, drafts, approvals, or explicit operator actions.
