Overview
The Telegram Bot lets operators forward mobile or chat-based client context into Flopinio for review.

Current setup
Telegram access is enabled for eligible workspaces. Users and workspace admins connect chats with one-time Telegram start links scoped to personal or workspace visibility. If Telegram is not available yet, contact [email protected].

How to use it
Forward or send the client message to the configured bot.
Open External Inbox in Flopinio.
Review the captured item and decide whether it should become a request, note, or task.
Link the resulting record to the right client and project.

Available commands
Flopinio publishes Telegram commands from the app command registry. Use /note and /request to preserve preferred capture intent, /ask for assistant replies, and /time or /timer for timer status, start, and stop controls.

Review boundary
Telegram capture should preserve note/request intent on the captured item instead of bypassing review. Use AI review when the message is long or ambiguous, then apply only the changes you accept.

What it is not
The bot is not a replacement for project planning, billing review, or approvals. It is an intake and timer-control path into the normal workspace loop.
