# Notifications

> See completed AI reviews and organization invites in the notification bell, and mark them read individually or all at once.

## The notification bell

The bell in the top bar shows in-app notifications for the workspace you're in. The unread count updates live, so you don't need to refresh.

## What you're notified about

- An AI review you started on External Inbox items has finished.
- An AI review failed and needs another look.
- You were invited to another organization and already have a Flopinio account.

## Read and clear

Opening a notification marks it as read. Choose **Clear** to mark every notification in the current workspace as read.

## Example: Batch review finishes in the background

You start an AI review on twelve new External Inbox messages and switch to Tasks. A few minutes later the bell shows 1 unread. Open it to jump back and look at the review.

## Note: In-app only

Notifications are personal and belong to the organization you're working in. They don't send email. Invoice, invite, and reminder emails are sent by their own workflows.

### Why don't I see notifications from my other organization?

Notifications are scoped to the organization you're working in. Switch organizations to see that one's notifications.

### Can I get notifications by email?

Not today. Notifications are in-app only.
